LANG offers solutions for the production of tire sidewall molds and tire profile segments. With the 5 axes simultaneous machining center MC 500 it is possible to produce tire profile segments. In combination with the new LGT-S II or the LGR-S you are able to produce the complete molds, which are required for the tire manufacturing process. The LGT-S II, with stronger Z axis allows the usage of powerful milling spindles up to 10 kW and bigger milling tools.
